mywinbox Terms and Conditions for Online Betting

1. General Terms

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

mywinbox reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing large withdrawal amounts. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or proof of payment method. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in a temporary account freeze.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Transaction Limits

The minimum amount for deposits and withdrawals is RM50 per transaction regardless of the payment method chosen.

4.4 Third-Party Funds

mywinbox offers a welcome bonus of 100% of your first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus value before any winnings from that bonus may be withdrawn.

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your account balance to RM200. The wagering requirement to be met is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

For larger deposits: If you deposit RM3,200, the bonus received is RM1,500 (maximum cap), bringing your account balance to RM4,700. The wagering requirement to be met is RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500.

5.2 VIP Programme

mywinbox provides a VIP loyalty programme with three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.7%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 1.0%

Progression to a higher VIP tier is based on the user's level of activity and loyalty over time.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

All promotions and bonuses offered by mywinbox are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise.
• mywinbox reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time.
• Bonuses may not be transferred to another user or converted directly into cash.
